Arnold Chevy and Buick made buying car easy . They are none fee nonsense coast family .they did say we will get tax credit on electric vehicle but it was not there fault Government would not honor it because the Battery for the electric vehicle was not at the right percentage for the tax rebate Ozzie who sold us the vehicle was very calm and tried so hard to make it easy for my daughter to buy the vehicle and she got it and so glad it worked out for here thank you Ozzie
My experience was great. My sales person was Oz Maldonado. He was upfront professional and paid attention to my needs and met my expectations. I would recommend Arnold Chevrolet to my family and friends because of my experience. Excellent customer service. The financial representative was awesome as well. Extremely helpful.
Initially, my wife and I scanned the dealership website and lo and behold found the vehicle we both agreed we would probably look to lease. Their website included the VIN along with a picture of the Monroney sticker on the vehicle. Right from the start before we even entered the showroom we had a good idea of where we were going matched by what they had in stock and also answering most of our questions about the vehicle and its installed options.
We entered our name and phone number into the website showing interest and soon got a call from their sales department, Christine Duncan, who then set up an appointment that was convenient for us with John Locasio.
We arrived early for our appointment and utilized their spacious waiting room with large screen TV, coffee and snacks. Customer friendly and enjoyable. Christine stopped by for a spontaneous meet and greet and welcomed us to the showroom.
John already knew of the vehicle we were interested in and was fully prepared. We did a test drive locally and it was exactly what we thought it would be. John worked on the phone with Allstate and smoothly secured the coverage. He put together all our financial, insurance and other personal data and we were off to seal the deal with business director David Lee.
Mission accomplished…new car, new plates, new outlook and our newly leased vehicle waiting at the door for us. John walked us through the free trial period with OnStar in the car and reviewed the positions of some of the buttons, bells and whistles. We drove our newly leased vehicle home and are living the dream.
Thank you, Arnold Chevrolet!
Honestly being nice giving a 1 star. I’m not one to leave bad reviews on everything I’m not a Karen. However, this will be my exception to do so. I just bought a vehicle here almost 2 months ago and my salesman was great. Super nice guy however I’m upset with the rest of the staff. First off, I’ve been driving the car for a few weeks now and the brakes locked up, needed calipers and rotors, slapped new pads on as well. But the dealer wouldn’t honor it which I get it, because I brought it elsewhere. I didn’t want to bring the car back to the dealer because I didn’t trust them working on my car. They probably would have used brakes from another car, then charged me an arm and a leg. My question is how can you sell a car with bad brakes. Makes no sense. What’s the point to your “100” point inspection?? I put a down payment on the car but it was applied after taxes and all the hidden fees so basically just pissed 1500 dollars down the drain for no reason. Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go here unless you want to get scammed.
Ozzie our salesman was the best ! Hassle free , very punctual and not pushy . I highly recommend this dealership. 5 Stars from their sales reps to their service department. Me and my girl could not be happier with our purchase !
